Notice is given that for the Club's Annual General Meeting (AGM), which will be held at the club at 7.30pm on Monday 11th December. Registration will open at 7pm.
Nominations For Positions
Nominations for any position should be made by email, to the club's general email (mottramcricket@gmail.com) no later than 8pm on Monday 27th November.
This email should clearly identify the position for which they are being nominated and confirm who seconds this nomination. Those persons wishing to be considered for any position should attend the meeting.

Other Resolutions
Currently, there are no other proposed resolutions or orders of business. There is no recourse at the AGM for unannounced business.
Anyone wishing to raise a specific rule(s) resolution or an item for Any Other Business must do so by 8pm on Monday 27th November by emailing mottramcricket@gmail.com.
Agenda, Associated Documentation and Printing
After the 27th November, the agenda and any necessary associated documentation will be finalised. Documents will be available for download on the club website and emailed out to members on our database. The club accounts will be available (after auditors review) prior to the meeting by request to mottramcricket@gmail.com and discussed at a top level on the night.
Unfortuately, we cannot print documentation for 80 plus people for cost and environmental reasons. Therefore, if you wish to print any documentation, please download the material once it is available on the website, and print it beforehand. Doucmentation will also be shown on screens.
